Event Plan - Lavanda Café
A café in downtown Winnipeg needed more foot traffic. A discount code wasn't going to cut it. The discovery meeting called for a promotional event plan that would actually bring people in and give them a reason to come back.
The idea was Dog Days at Lavanda. A biweekly patio event built around the one thing that stops people cold on any sidewalk: a cute dog. Low barrier to entry, high shareability, and a natural fit for the café's existing vibe.
The final product was a 15-page plan covering the full event, outreach strategy, and how to measure whether it worked.
